During this evolving public health situation, our main priority is the health and safety of our team and our members. Equitable is taking all necessary health and safety precautions in accordance with the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention), local and state health officials.
As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, Equitable is quickly adapting to best support our members and staff. Credit unions are considered an “essential service,” and Equitable will continue to remain open. Member and Staff Safety: We’re continually educating our staff on best practices, such as proper hygiene and social distancing. Employees who feel ill have been instructed not to report to work. Likewise, if you're showing flu-like symptoms, please practice social distancing and avoid entering our office.
Our branch: Equitable is maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in our branch to ensure member and employee safety. Your Credit Union is cleaned every day using methods recommended by public health authorities, and we are constantly disinfecting high traffic surfaces, such as door handles and counter surfaces.
Digital and self-service options:Whenever possible, please utilize online or mobile banking, reserving branch visits for those tasks that cannot be performed from home. If you have not enrolled in online or mobile banking, it’s simple and easy to do.
